The Podcast Is Back, and It Grew Up With Us
The podcast has evolved, and it has a new name, a new look and all-new conversations. Get all the details, including the release date, what’s changing and what you can expect from the new season.
The Podcast Is Back. And It Grew Up With Us.
It’s been a while since a new episode landed in your podcast feed.
That changes September 7th. And if you listened to The Real Moms Playbook in the past, you’re going to notice something different.
We have a new name, a fresh look and an even bigger mission behind the conversations we’re having: helping you step into the leadership God has called you to own.
Welcome to Fun, Free & Flowing™, the self-leadership podcast for Christian mompreneurs.
Four Years Ago, We Started With Time
When I launched this podcast four years ago, the goal was to help moms organize their time so they could experience more freedom. I still believe deeply in that because our time matters, how we spend it matters and learning to steward our days well matters.
But over the last four years, my own understanding of that work has grown and evolved.
Eventually, I realized we weren’t really just talking about time management. We were talking about leadership and what it looks like to lead yourself when life doesn’t go according to plan, make decisions based on what matters most instead of what feels most urgent, and steward your faith, family, finances, business and the dreams God has given you.
Part of that leadership is refusing to wait for your circumstances to change before taking ownership of how you show up.
This podcast isn’t just about organizing your life anymore. It’s about stepping into the leadership God has called you to own.
That’s the conversation I want to have now, and it’s why the podcast needed to grow with us.
A New Name for the Leaders We Are Becoming
Fun, Free & Flowing™ isn’t just a new name. It reflects the identity we are stepping into and the way I believe we can learn to lead our lives.
Your life can be fun. Not because everything is easy, but because the way you show up for your life and business can be impactful, energetic and full of purpose. You don't have to build a business you dread in order to build one that matters.
Your life can be free. You don’t have to stay bound by overwhelm, doubt, victimhood or struggle, and your circumstances don't have to dictate how you show up.
Your life can be flowing. This definitely doesn't mean everything goes perfectly according to plan. I have three kids, I homeschool and I run a business, so I know better than that! Your life isn't meant to be perfect, but you can learn to walk gracefully through it anyway.
You can know what matters, align your time with the dreams God has given you and learn to adjust when life inevitably changes without abandoning everything you said mattered to you.
That is what self-leadership looks like. It isn't about having a certain title or a team of people following you. It’s taking responsibility for how you show up, what you steward and what you do with what God has placed in your hands.

A New Season of Leadership
Season 4 is about taking that idea of self-leadership and bringing it into the places where you actually live it.
We’re going to talk about leading your faith and living from your values, as well as how you lead your home, routines, finances, business and marketing.
Because none of these things exist in isolation. The woman leading the business is the same woman leading at home. The way you steward your time affects the way you steward your business. Your values shape your decisions, and your faith shapes how you define success in the first place.
Leadership touches all of it, and when you begin taking ownership of how you lead in one area, it changes the way you show up everywhere else.
My hope is that this season gives you tangible tools to align your time and dreams, stop living reactively and start leading your life with greater clarity, ownership and intention.
I believe Christian women who learn to lead themselves well can make an incredible impact in their homes, businesses, communities and beyond. We aren't doing all of this just to become more organized. We are becoming the women God has called us to be.
